LIMITED WARRANTY

Please read this warranty terms thoroughly:

Keep your purchase receipt to enable you to proceed quickly in event of a Warranty Service. POPSCREENS warranty applies to the products that have exported to outside of China.

POPSCREENS DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY LTD (“POPSCREENS”) warrants LCD digital player products against defects in material or workmanship as follow:

1) 1% Spare parts (exclude panel) free of charge will be shipped with each order. 3% spare gift box & remote control free of charge.

2) One years warranty on products and parts, calculated from the receipt of customer.

For a period of one (1) year, if the Products are determined to be defective, POPSCREENS will repair or replace the faulty component at its sole judge.   POPSCREENS, at its option, at no charge, or pay the labor charges to any POPSCREENS’ authorized service facility.

3) After the warranty period, the purchaser will pay for all labor charges and delivery cost.

4) POPSCREENS will guarantee to keep two years space parts at stock for each order.

5) The warranty does not cover any damages caused by excessive or inadequate
heating or air conditioning or electrical failures, surges or others.

6) Proof of receipted invoice and bill of loading are evidence that the unit is within the warranty period.
